1. Delivery Areas

We currently offer food delivery in the following locations:

  • Cities and Neighborhoods Covered: Our service is available in [list of cities/regions]. We are constantly expanding, so check the app for the most up-to-date delivery area coverage.
  • Service Hours: Delivery is available 7 days a week, from [11.30] AM to [8.30 PM. Orders placed outside of service hours may be scheduled for delivery the following day.

2. Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery Time: After placing your order, you will receive an estimated delivery time. Typically, deliveries are completed within 30–45 minutes depending on your location and restaurant availability.
  • Late Deliveries: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, external factors like weather, traffic, and restaurant preparation time may occasionally cause delays. If your order is delayed beyond the expected time, we will notify you and offer an option to cancel or receive a partial refund if applicable.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Delivery Fee: A standard delivery fee will be applied to each order, which will vary based on your delivery location. The fee will be displayed before finalizing your purchase in the app.
  • Promotions: From time to time, we offer promotional discounts on delivery fees. Check the app for any available offers or promotions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you can track its progress in real-time using the TasteKaro app. This includes:

  • Order Preparation Status
  • Delivery Driver Tracking: Track your delivery driver’s location and estimated arrival time.

5. Delivery Process

  • Contactless Delivery: To ensure safety, we offer a contactless delivery option. Your delivery driver will leave the order at your doorstep or a designated location.
  • Delivery Instructions: You can add special delivery instructions at checkout (e.g., preferred drop-off location, gate code, etc.). Ensure the details are clear to avoid delivery issues.
  • Signature Requirements: Some orders may require a signature for verification, depending on the value or size of the order. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may authorize someone else to sign on your behalf.

6. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue by either sending the missing items or offering a refund as per our Refund Policy.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only under certain circumstances:

  • Before Dispatch: If you need to cancel your order, you must do so before the food is dispatched from the restaurant. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
